The apartment itself is a comfortable, well-equipped studio featuring two Serta single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony in addition to the rooftop.
Everything you need for daily life is included: high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, washer-dryer, BBQ plate, and fresh linens provided at check-in, professionally laundered after each stay.
Monthly stays of 30 days or more are our specialty. This is a direct booking — no platform fees, no middlemen. What you see is what you pay.
Please note: This apartment is located next to a railway line. Trains run from approximately 5am to 1am. Over 1,000 guests have stayed here and 99% had no issue with the sound — but if you are particularly sensitive to noise, please keep this in mind before booking.
