5. Accommodation Rates

Accommodation rates are displayed on the booking page and are calculated on a nightly basis according to the dates of stay.

Our apartments are available for stays of 30 nights or more. Stays do not need to be in calendar-month increments.

6. Additional Charges

A one-time cleaning fee of JPY 14,800 applies to each reservation.

Water, electricity, gas, and internet are included in the accommodation price unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Optional services requested by the guest, including additional cleaning during the stay, may incur additional charges.

7. Payment Method

Payment is accepted by credit card through our authorized online payment service provider.

8. Payment Schedule

For reservations made more than 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

9. Provision of Accommodation Services

The accommodation will be provided for the reservation period confirmed at the time of booking.

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM on the arrival date, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on the departure date.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

All amounts paid are non-refundable.

No refund will be provided for cancellation, early check-out, early termination of the stay, or unused nights after payment has been made.

11. Reservation Requirements

Guests are required to complete the required rental agreement and identity verification procedures before check-in.

To help ensure a smooth arrival, we will email your access details and check-in instructions separately before arrival once your rental agreement has been signed, all required identification documents have been submitted and reviewed and approved by the host, and full payment has been received.

After you complete online check-in, we will review your documents and confirm your payment status before sending your access details. Online check-in completion alone does not confirm document approval or payment completion.
