A Simmons double bed (140 × 195 cm), air conditioning and a private bathroom support a comfortable daily routine. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, cookware and tableware. A smart TV and Yamaha Bluetooth soundbar are also provided.

Please Consider the Railway Before Booking
The building is next to a railway line, and train noise can be heard in the apartment. This is an important consideration for light sleepers and anyone sensitive to noise. Please contact TK before booking if you would like to discuss whether Residence is suitable for you.
Flexible Dates, with a Minimum Stay of 30 Nights
We welcome stays of 30 nights or more, including 40, 45, 60 or 90 nights, subject to availability. These extended stays are arranged under a rental agreement. The agreement specifies the legal rental period and conditions; the number of nights shown online does not by itself define the contract.
Before confirming, review the total price, cleaning charges, payment schedule and cancellation terms on the existing Residence booking page, together with our Terms & Conditions and rental agreement. Access details are emailed before arrival after the agreement is signed, required identification is reviewed and approved, and full payment is received.
