Terrace has two Sealy single beds, each measuring 102 × 195 cm, in the open-plan living and sleeping space. It suits guests who prefer separate beds and want to share one furnished apartment. A dining table, kitchen and living area make it possible to keep familiar daily habits during a longer visit.

The equipped kitchen provides a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, cookware and tableware. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer inside the apartment, air conditioning, a private bathroom, smart TV and Bose Bluetooth speaker make it easier to settle in for more than a short visit.

The building is next to a railway line, and train noise can be heard in the apartment. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, please discuss this with TK before booking.
30 Nights or More, Under a Rental Agreement
Subject to availability, stays can be 30, 40, 45, 60 or 90 nights, or another period of 30 nights or more. The rental agreement sets the legal rental period and conditions. Access details are emailed before arrival after the agreement is signed, required identification has been reviewed and approved, and full payment has been received.
