Separate Beds in an Open-Plan Studio
Two Serta single beds, each 102 × 195 cm, make Loft an option for guests who want their own sleeping space while sharing an apartment. The beds are in the same studio rather than separate bedrooms. Concrete surfaces, wood furniture and the living area give the room a distinctive, lived-in feel.
An Outdoor Break from Your Daily Routine

Equipped for a Longer Stay
Cook with the equipped kitchen’s refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, cookware and tableware. An in-room washer-dryer helps with longer stays, while fiber-optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a private bathroom, smart TV and Bose Bluetooth speaker round out the apartment’s daily facilities.

Ikebukuro Station is approximately seven minutes away on foot, with convenient connections across Tokyo. Nearby restaurants, cafés and supermarkets help you combine work, errands and exploring the city. Choose dates that fit your plans rather than a calendar-month schedule.
Please Consider Train Noise
The building is next to a railway line, and train noise can be heard in the apartment. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, please discuss this with TK before booking.
30 Nights or More, Under a Rental Agreement
Subject to availability, stays can be 30, 40, 45, 60 or 90 nights, or another period of 30 nights or more. The rental agreement sets the legal rental period and conditions. Review the total price, cleaning charges, payment schedule and cancellation terms on the existing Loft booking page, together with the rental agreement and Terms & Conditions.
Access details are emailed before arrival after the agreement is signed, required identification has been reviewed and approved, and full payment has been received.
